Terms of Service

Welcome to LinkedOS. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LinkedOS web application and Chrome extension (together, the “Service”), operated by LinkedOS (“we,” “our,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
LinkedOS is a business operating system for LinkedIn professionals — including outreach tracking, inbound lead management, content scheduling, client onboarding, and a Chrome extension for adding LinkedIn prospects to your pipeline. LinkedOS is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change as the product evolves.
Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use LinkedOS.
Beta Status
LinkedOS is provided as a free beta service at this stage. We may introduce paid plans in the future; beta users will be notified in advance of any pricing changes, per our founder pricing commitment. The Service is provided “as is” during beta — we do our best to keep it stable and reliable, but beta software may contain bugs, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use LinkedOS to violate LinkedIn’s own Terms of Service or any applicable law; use the Chrome extension to scrape LinkedIn data in bulk, automate mass outreach, or engage in spam; attempt to access other users’ workspaces or client portal data without authorization; reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written permission; upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service’s infrastructure.
Your Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into LinkedOS — prospects, leads, content, client information, and notes. We do not claim ownership over your business data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process any personal data (including about your prospects, leads, and clients) that you enter into the Service, in compliance with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Client Portal
If you use LinkedOS’s client approval portal, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you share with your clients through it, and for managing your relationship with your clients directly. LinkedOS provides the tool; the content and business relationship is yours.
Chrome Extension
The LinkedOS Chrome extension reads publicly visible LinkedIn profile data only when you actively choose to save a prospect. You are responsible for using the extension in compliance with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service and User Agreement. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.
Termination
You may stop using LinkedOS and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy’s retention terms.
Disclaimers
LinkedOS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular business outcome (leads, clients, revenue) will result from using LinkedOS.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkedOS and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as LinkedOS evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
